I am a researcher in ferroelectric and optoelectronic systems, currently working on advanced van der Waals heterostructures for neuromorphic and reservoir computing applications. I received my Ph.D. degree on “Exploring Multifunctionalities in NBT-based Ferroelectrics,” and defended my thesis on 5th November 2025 under the supervision of Dr. Somaditya Sen, Department of Physics, IIT Indore.
I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Nanodevices and Technology Lab (NDTL), in the Prof. Sungjoo Lee Group at the Advanced Institute of Nanotechnology (SAINT), Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. My research focuses on photo-ferroelectric coupling mechanisms to enable intelligent, energy-efficient computing systems inspired by biological vision. My work spans device physics, experimental characterization, and system-level demonstrations, including image recognition, optical communication, and real-time signal processing under noisy environments. I am particularly interested in translating these emerging device concepts into practical technologies for next-generation autonomous systems and adaptive electronics.
